"After 50 years, in 2021 Hungary will once again stage a world hunting exibition. As the organizers of the "One with Nature" World of Hunting and Nature Exibition, we are paying special attention to areas which are integrally related to the topic, such as game and fish cuisine, or the promotion of Hungarian wine culture, which is deservedly word-famous.

In professional circles, it is widely know that one of the tangible results of the 1971 World Hunting Exibition in Budapest was the increased consumption of game meat among Hungarians. However, 50 years is a long time, and the world is constantly chaning. Many people are unaware of the advantages of game meat and fish, therefore their consumption is far lower than it should be.

I don't think we need to reinvent the wheel, so we are following the path that led hunters to success in 1971. Our goal is to show Hungarians why they should cast aside any doubts they have, and seek out these sources of food instead of avoiding them. After all, there is no source of food more natural than game and fish.

Time is short, so on events leeding up to the World Exibition, my colleagues and I have already started the communication aimed at popularizing game and fish, in order to ensure their acceptance as a permanent feature of Hungarian household dining tables, even after the 2021 seried od events.
